Recruitment Consultant - IT Sales

We are a highly successful IT Recruitment company, seeking new members for our contingency team. Due to the demand from our clients, we now require Consultants with experience of placing candidates within IT Sales for Hardware, Software Sales or Consultancy to join our team. We are on the PSL of many blue chip companies and have an enviable client list. We have progressively grown over the last few years and now have more open vacancies than the current team can handle! As well as working on current PSL vacancies, your role will encompass New Business. You will ideally have a proven track record of recruitment within the IT sector. We can offer you the opportunity to run your own desk, in a company that has a flat management structure. You will present to clients and demonstrate credibility when interviewing candidates of all levels. This is a great opportunity to work in a small friendly environment, with good support, extensive advertising on all major job sites and an excellent recruitment database to work with. We pay 40% commission for overachievement, which is uncapped (6 figures are achievable) and our commission scheme (which does not change) is very easy to understand!
