RECRUITMENT HEAD OF PRACTICE – TMT (TECHNOLOGY, MEDIA & TELECOMS) – DUBAI
Leading consultancy with a well established office servicing a wide geographic region from its Dubai base seeks a senior manager for their TMT division. You will be covering the territories of The Middle East & Africa and managing a team of circa 4 – 6 staff including researchers. The role is full life cycle recruitment from proactive client / account development and winning retained mandates and through your own efforts as well as your team’s delivering the senior level personnel.
PERSON SPEC: ATTRIBUTES, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS
1. Experience of TMT markets is essential
2. A minimum of 5 years experience within the Search industry.
3. Team leadership experience
4. Adept at New Business Development
5. A solid track record with a tier 1 or 2 search boutique in UK or Europe.
6. Degree educated
7. A consistent hands-on biller (personal billing in excess of £300K pa)
PACKAGE:
A tax free package with a basic from £55k to £70K
OTE c£120k - £150K
