Job title: Recruitment Country Manager / Recruitment Manager / Recruitment Contractor Manager
Brief:
Experienced Oil and Gas recruiter / manager for a position based in Qatar for a global Oil and Gas recruitment specialist. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the recruitment process including developing new business, establishing best practice in country and managing and caring for high value white collar engineering contractor workforce.

Well established Oil and Gas recruitment company with a global presence. A consultancy that deals directly with the end user as opposed to sub contract work. A specialist in Upstream Oil and Gas recruitment.
Would suit:
An experienced recruiter with an ex pat mentality / or experience of! Has to have Oil and Gas recruitment experience with a preference for the contract recruitment side of the business. You will need experience of managing and ‘keeping happy' an experienced and valuable contractor workforce.
Salary and Benefits
Basic salary up to £60,000 UK equivalent with an earning potential circa £100,000 uncapped. Plus Accommodation, Car and flights to and from the UK.
