RECRUITMENT MANAGER – FINANCIAL SEARCH CONSULTANCY – NEW YORK, USA
A New York based executive search consultancy is looking for a locally based individual to work closely under the Director and manage the NY team. Experienced in Retained Search within the Financial / Banking arena, you’ll utilise these skills as a hands-on biller leading your team from the front. As this New York based vacancy needs to be filled imminently you will need to have a valid green card or already be living in America. Their culture is not one of micromanagement, this has lent itself well to naturally developing high billers and even though their 80 strong team is spread across their three continental offices they are a strong cohesive team in which everyone knows everyone.
The role will involve you reporting to a Senior Director, assisting him in growing and managing the already established team as well as being client facing and delivering upon your own mandates.
This consultancy specialises in placing senior level & high value candidates in to the major banks & Investment houses (to include Equities, Credit, Derivatives, Commodities, Emerging Markets, Quants FX and Debt Capital Markets).
PERSON SPEC: KEY ATTRIBUTES, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS
The successful candidate will be a hands-on billing manger with extensive knowledge of the market & ideally coupled with 7-8 years of search experience within the investment banking and Finance arena.
1. Must have a valid green card / already be living in New York, America.
2. Must posses experience within the financial and investment banking arena and therefore posses the gravitas and credibility to sit in front of senior clients and candidates.
3. You must have experience of building and retaining a team.
4. Ideally educated to Degree level.
5. Good personality, bright and intelligent and be able to mix well at all levels both internally and externally
PACKAGE INCLUDES
Base circa equiv. £60k - £100k depending on experience.
