Recruitment Researcher – Hong Kong

My client has an immediate need for researcher(s) to aid their expansion in Hong Kong. You will be working with and supporting Consultants in their core sectors within the Investment banking and financial services arena.. If you want to be part of an ambitious, professional and experienced team; possess excellent communication skills and are money motivated then this could be the opening you are seeking.
ATTRIBUTES, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS
1. Candidate relationship management: involves talking to candidates that are known to the team; managing their expectations on an on-going basis, and keeping abreast of changes in those expectations.
2. Contingent recruitment support: managing the candidate flow for all live jobs on a weekly basis in conjunction with the consultants.
3. Retained search – research: for retained projects, meet the client with the assignment consultant; working with the assignment consultant to help produce the ‘long-list’ of candidates for the assignment. Project-manage the screening of relevant candidates from the long-list. Interview candidates (in conjunction with the assignment consultant, and often one-on-one), who may be suitable for the role.
4. On-line recruitment: project-manage jobs advertised on-line by the team; filtering email responses from candidates; interviewing applicants for the team; monitoring flow and quality of responses from job-boards used by the team.
5. Database management: Improving the quality of the database used by the consultants.
6. Daily review: Chair the daily review undertaken by the consultants of live / active candidates.
PACKAGE
Commensurate with your level of experience and seniority Salary is negotiable depending on experience but will range from $HK30-50k per month
