Reporting to the Global CFO and Board of Directors
Responsible for managing the company's accounting, financial control and treasury function for the region.
Supporting the Board of Directors to ensure management objective for short mid and long term are achieved and will be expected to contribute fully to the company's development and profitable growth
Produce reports for Directors accurately informing company's financial situation and comments for action
Ensure the Finance team is structured and resourced to meet objectives
Monitor and review budgets and financial plans on a quarterly basis
Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, consolidated for the UK and foreign subsidiaries
Management the annual audit process
Ensure the company and subsidiaries adhere to appropriate levels on controls and group standards
Manage the company's treasury position including liquidity and cash flow forecasting for short, mid and long term
Co-operate with the company's tax advisors and ensure returns are made on time
