This is a fantastic opportunity to join a leading independent provider of specialist healthcare services. As Regional Business Development Manager you will have total responsibility for the team and day to day operation.
You will have overall commercial responsibility in respect of the retention of existing business and future business growth in line with the company’s business plan. The role will involve being fully profit accountable, ensuring the region achieves its budgeted return and that all financial and non financial KPIs are delivered.
One of the key business drivers for this role is identifying new service and product opportunities for operational implementation.
As the Regional Business Manager you will be empowered to strategically deliver and develop the business with your regional team without the constraints of large corporate directives. You will be a team manager who can demonstrate commitment to providing a quality service whilst delivering the appropriate financial return.
Of graduate calibre you will demonstrate the management skills to deliver stretch sales targets in a fast paced dynamic environment. You will posses excellent service
delivery, relationship management, business growth, operational implementation and finance skills. Sound commercial acumen and the ability to lead strategic change management projects to a successful conclusion is essential.
This role requires a strong leader who excels at team building, succession planning and performance management. An in depth knowledge of the NHS particularly PCT and the tendering process is ideal.
