Regional Facilities Manager
Hertfordshire - Thames Valley
Regional Integrated Services Manager –£50/55,000 plus car, personal allowance and generous bonus.
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a to head up the team providing integrated service across the UK. The role is managing services on a UK wide level for a contract facilities management provider.
The Role
As the Regional manager for the Business you will be Managing the delivery of all integrated services in the Region to provide consistently high levels of performance that meet contractual obligations to customers and the strategic objectives of the Division.
You will be Building a network of close partnerships with customers in the Region, developing strong account management and encouraging multi-level relationships between management teams and customer teams.
You will be
Leading the regional management team in analysing how the business is running and develop ways to ensure the financial performance of the business.

To be a strong candidate for this role you will need to demonstrate the gravitas to ensure the division is being managed soundly with an eye for detail in written communication.
You will be from a contract facilities background and have experience at running an area/region of business with in the contracted FM sector.
