Regional Head of IT - Europe

A Commercially driven Regional Head of IT is required to join a world leader in the provision of medical products and IT services.

As the Head of IT your will be responsibilities include;

Controlling the delivery and implementation of IT standards policies and processes.
Developing specific policies and procedures to meet the business need.
Acting as the focal point of communication between IT Management, IT staff and internal customer groups.
Delivery of IT ensuring all KPI's are monitored and achieved against budgeted targets.
Management of vendor relationships for regional services and solutions.
Overseeing the global management of local IT staff and facilities.

Other responsibilities include;
Representing remote management to support local IT staff.
Communicating IT strategies to all personnel in the region and being the focal point of communication between IT and International management.
Supporting IT Global strategies and projects and facilitating their implementation in respective sites.
Ensuring regularity compliance is maintained.
Coordination of operational budgeting.

Experience will include;
You will come with excellent commercial business acumen and a proven history in running IT projects that are delivered to external Clients.
A background working in the Medical Industry supplying into organisations such as hospitals and health authorities
Will be an individual with experience at senior management level.
Will display evidence of business relationship management and have an excellent understanding of working in a global matrix organisation.
Will have extensive experience for the delivery of IT services and solutions against metrics and scorecard.
Will display strong experience of operating at steering level for strategic projects.
Experienced in steering and managing in IT through the Medical Products and Services industry is highly advantageous and preferred.
