Regional Manager, North West

An opportunity to join a growing retailer in a time of significant and positive change.

Being well positioned to excel in a time of economic uncertainty, this big box retailer is looking to recruit an experienced multi-site manager, capable of delivering under pressure in a high volume and challenging environment. As a Regional Manager, you will be responsible for a group turnover close to £100m over 12-14 sites, having full P+L accountability for your region’s performance.

You will lead a team of senior store managers through a time of growth under difficult trading conditions, you must inspire and motivate others to achieve ambitious goals, working exceptionally hard to achieve them. You will be expected to demonstrate exceptional commercial skills, making business critical decisions at an extremely fast pace. You will also be expected to identify new commercial opportunity to drive sales and control cost in what is a very autonomous culture, therefore being innovative in tandem with strong process is essential.

You must have managed at least £60m+ on your region and have experience of working in high volume at pace, you must also have a track record of delivering growth and profit at this level.
