Regional Manager

We are delighted to be working in partnership with an organisation that has an exciting and contagious attitude to delivering high quality Child Care. With continual year on year growth, and more new developments planned, the company has benefited from a commercially enterprising senior management team that has taken the business to become a top 5 UK Child Care organisation. With this in mind they are looking to appoint a Regional Manager who can play a pivotal role in the continual improvement of its Anglia Region.

The Role:

• Reporting to the Group Operations Director you will operationally manage 6-8 sites in the region with a budgetary responsibility of over £3 million per annum
• You will be required to develop the business, implementing marketing and retention plans to ensure targets are met and exceeded
• Support each team member enabling them to become skilled in managing their own centres budgets
• Motivate and enthuse others through recognising, praising and celebrating achievements and successes of the region, the Manager’s and their teams on a regular and consistent basis
The Candidate:
• This role requires someone very passionate with a proven track record in operationally managing successful regions within childcare
• You must have had budget handling experience, ideally in the millions, with the ability to monitor performance and develop cash flow forecasts
• An inspirational manager, you will have experience of training, recruiting and leading large staff teams
• You will have high polished communication and presentation skills
