Regional Manager - London

Do you consider yourself an experienced manager with the desire to drive a business? The accountabilities associated with this role centres around an overall responsibility for the performance of the stores in your region. This translates into P&L awareness, assessment and development of store practices in order to maximise sales potential, and a real focus on your colleagues and customers.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record within a multi-site capacity and ideally have fast paced mixed product experience. You will need extensive experience of managing a team and enjoy working to your own initiative and embrace innovation rather than just implementation of processes. You should be able to motivate, lead and inspire your team and also be aware of the need to advance your colleagues and set targets for individual performance and/or achievement in order to make a strategic longer-term impact.
