Do you consider yourself an experienced manager with the desire to drive a business? If so you have the opportunity to join one of the UK’s most well respected blue-chip retailers as a Regional Manager. With hundreds of stores in the UK & internationally and off the back of fantastic year end results this retailer is going from strength to strength.

The accountabilities associated with this role centres around an overall responsibility for the performance of the stores in your region. This translates into P&L awareness, assessment and development of store practices in order to maximise sales potential, and a real focus on your colleagues and customers. The region comprises of between 10-15 stores and would be suited to a candidate located in the South East of England.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record within a multi-site capacity and ideally have fast paced mixed product experience. You will need extensive experience of managing a team and enjoy working to your own initiative and embrace innovation rather than just implementation of processes. You should be able to motivate, lead and inspire your team and also be aware of the need to advance your colleagues and set targets for individual performance and/or achievement in order to make a strategic longer-term impact.
