An exciting opportunity for an experience Marketeer /PR / Serial Networker to join our team and help build the Capability Jane Regional Chapter in Berkshire. This is a key role in our business that focuses on marketing our services and support to professional women.

The ideal person will have or have had a successful professional career, will be articulate and well presented with amazing people skills!.

You will be comfortable presenting to groups and engaging with people at senior levels. You will have the confidence to directly approach people and you will always be seeking out new and innovative channels to promote our services to women in your region.

You will be given a lot of support but will equally be given a lot of autonomy and will be expected to be proactive in developing your Chapter and services to our community.

This role is extremely flexible but equally requires you to be flexible too. Occasionally you may need to work in the evenings or weekends to attend or contribute to events.


Responsibilities:
~Build and manage the Capability Jane Regional Chapter
~Manage and promote community, events and workshops through targeted channels
~Build marketing channels and connections with local marketing partners & networks
~Manage local advertising, promotions and PR
~Identify new ways to communicate and engage with our target audience
~Manage venue providers and event logistics
~Manage communications with regional Chapter
~Manage the regional Chapter Database & report community profile and new joiners
~Feedback case studies, quotes and anecdotes to promote across a wider audience

Targets
~1 networking/meet-and-greet event per month and 1 workshop per month
~Target of 30 attendees per monthly networking event and 16 attendees per workshop
~Increase number of women in CJ Community by 30% per quarter

Salary:
~6 month contract with the possibility to go to a permanent role
~Project Rate + Bonus + Profit Share
~£250 per event
~Profit Share of 10%
~Bonus of 10% for reaching community and event targets
~5% of any recruitment revenue generated through marketing and promotion activities
