Regional Marketing Manager - Fashion Brands

A rare senior level opportunity has just been created for a Regional Marketing Manager (UK) with a hugely successful multi brand fashion retailer.
This is a generalist marketing role responsible for the development and delivery of the marketing strategy for the region and ensuring that Marketing Managers have the necessary plans and components (advertising, PR, CRM, Research and Visual) needed to deliver results.
You will also take corporate responsibility for leading on Digital Marketing initiatives.
Experience required:
-Experience in marketing multiple sites with differing local needs/requirements
-Strong people management experience & skills
-Quantitative analysis skills as well as a keen understanding of the creative process
-Experience managing budgets

Key Accountabilities
-Provide guidance on the development of each location's marketing strategy against a budget that leverages the cost-efficiencies of centralised strategy and regional media planning, ensuring that value is maximised.
-Determine need and timing of consumer research within region to support formulation of consumer strategy.
-Develop, manage and implement regional media and PR strategies, in conjunction with Marketing Managers to ensure corporate targets and objectives are achieved.
-Coordinate promotions and events calendars across the region to ensure consistency of the brand identity.
-Manage, monitor and analyse regional marketing budgets, including effective procurement, to ensure optimisation and cost efficiency.
-Demonstrate energy and drive to coordinate new and ground-breaking initiatives on a regional basis (i.e. loyalty programs, gift cards, bankcard services, etc.) to exploit new opportunities and maximise revenue.
-Keep up to date with industry trends to ensure that the company adapts to best practice.
-Inform the Chief Marketing Officer of trading trends and competitor activity on a monthly basis and proactively manage downward trends to ensure that profits are maximised.
-Responsible for the set up and implementation of marketing for new sites and businesses with the aim of promoting developments in order to maximise revenue.
-Recruit, manage, motivate and develop direct reports to ensure that they achieve their potential and that their performance contributes to the achievement of business objectives.
-Identify and support B2B initiatives in the region
-Manage marketing initiatives for refurbishment, new phases, re-launch or redevelopment projects within the region
-Responsible for the development and execution of ad hoc projects as directed.
