Regional/Ops Director, London (Building Services)

Our client is one of the country’s leading building services contractors, enjoying a high profile in the London/South market and currently working on some high profile projects. They have a good client base with developers, local authorities and are the building services provider of choice for a number of the major contractors.

They are now looking to recruit a Regional Operations Director for their London contracting business.

You will:
• Be an experienced candidate operating successfully at a management level within a building services contractor
• Have a technical M&E background
• Have experience of developing business processes
• Have a demonstrable track record of profitable delivery of projects
• Be contractually and commercially astute
• A team leader with good interpersonal skills
• Ideally have a network of contacts and local knowledge within the London / South region

They are looking for an ambitious and driven individual, someone who wants to achieve more and is capable of working unsupervised and being their own boss.
