REGISTRATION LAWYER - Bulgaria & Romania
This international certified public accounting organisation, specialising in assurance services and offering a full range of technical services, is seeking a registration lawyer for its Bulgarian and Romanian offices.
The ideal candidate will have relevant post-graduate experience combined with an impressive academic background. Knowledge of international tax planning & structuring would be an advantage.
Your key duties and responsibilities will be:
Prepare documents for registration filings
Complete applications and file documents for registrations
Prepare internal normative documents
Develop relationships with state authorities to ensure the smooth registration process
Monitor the status of existing registration filings
Handle client-related work as requested
Qualifications:
Qualified lawyer with at least two years of relevant experience in a similar role
Speaks local language with spoken & written English an advantage
Ability to handle multiple assignments and work independently
Ability to meet deadlines
Good people management skills and the ability to delegate and manage assignments
Good organisational skills and attention to detail
