About the Client
An opportunity to join an established market research business who are established within the public sector, working with housing authorities and local and central government on projects related to customer experience. In the main projects are focused around quantitative research techniques whilst also employing qualitative techniques. The business has a particular strength in reporting and online technologies allowing its executive to focus their time on the provision of insights for their clients.
About the Role
The role will include:
Responsible for the management and development of the Customer Experience team within the public services division.
Responsible for people, marketing, development of services and delivery of projects.
To build and retain a customer base sufficient enough to sustain and grow an economically viable team
To work for clients at a high level, helping design programmes and interpret the business consequences of research findings
To work with the divisional manager to develop strategy for Customer Experience
Part of the divisional management team, meeting weekly to help manage the work and development of the public services division.
What We’re Looking For
Understanding of the public sector, especially in terms of Central Government, Local Government and Housing
Good project management skills
Experience of complex research projects
Line management experience
Customer focus
Quantitative background with some qualitative experience
