The main focus of this role will be within the B2B area and developing and delivering the ad hoc research plan for Business, Corporate & Commercial in order to provide superior insight into the product and service needs for this sector of the market.
You will also be involved in influencing, developing and overseeing the implementation of the Business, Corporate & Commercial ad hoc research strategy. The role will also require you to project manage specific research projects and deliver against defined business objectives and championing the voice of the customer to support the customer centricity agenda.

About the Role

You will also be involved in influencing, developing and overseeing the implementation of the Business, Corporate & Commercial ad hoc research strategy. The role will also require you to project manage specific research projects and deliver against defined business objectives and championing the voice of the customer to support the customer centricity agenda.
What We’re Looking For
Minimum of 5-6 years experience in a primary research role (either agency or client side)
Well rounded research experience across a range of disciplines, including both qual. and quant. Methodologies
Proven experience in research amongst businesses of all sizes
Proven experience of successfully developing research plans and managing a significant budget across a range or research activities
Ability to interrogate and interpret customer and market data to translate into actionable insights
Regular engagement with senior stakeholders (Director and above) either to find ways of researching to support decision making, to gain approval to run new research activity or to debrief on research findings and consulting on the business implications
Experience of operating in and building a customer-centric environment
Agency management experience
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Excellence in establishing relationships with external and internal stakeholders
Excellence in planning, organising and project management
Degree educated
Extensive knowledge of brand and advertising research and measurement systems, including advances in the industry
Awareness of MRS code of conduct
Wide knowledge of research agencies, their people, strengths and weaknesses
