Job Description:

This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role within an emerging strategic proposition to my client’s new and existing client base. The Resource Sales Solutions Architect develops new resourcing solutions and drives sales into existing and new accounts.

Role responsibilities:

• Build relationships with clients (up to CIO level) within new and existing accounts to sell resource solutions.
• Plan, influence and penetrate Sales Opportunities by working with the client to truly understand their business requirements
• Presentation of the proposal/workshops
• To work closely with the internal Account Managers, Engagement Leads and Senior Managers to maximise opportunities.

Essential Criteria

• Significant experience of selling IT Resource solutions into commercial organisations
• Excellent communication skills, in English and the ability to interact in a multi-cultural environment
• Successful sales track record

• Desire to succeed and be successful
• Vision to identify and develop further revenue earning opportunities for Internal in existing Client Accounts
• Ability to engage and network with multiple stakeholders at all levels of an organisation
• Enthusiasm and ability to work independently
