Resourcer - Interim contract

Interim Performers is a leading interim management consultancy working across HR, Finance and the Public Sector. We are looking to appoint a resourcer on a contract basis to support our thriving Public Sector practice.

Responsibilities:

• Managing the flow, initial registration and development of interim management candidates and supporting lead consultants on preparation of client submissions, briefs and tenders.
• Coordinating client and interim manager communications and assisting consultants with business development initiatives.
• Preparing briefing packs and writing jobs ads and supporting literature.
• Maintaining our in-house database and ensuring information is kept up to date.

Key Skills:

• Previous experience in an interim management, executive search or another recruitment environment would be advantageous.
• A graduate with strong written and verbal communication skills
• A confident and outgoing approach coupled with experience of dealing with senior decision makers is important.
