Retail Brand Strategy & Development Marketing Mana

A leading supermarket retailer is seeking a brand development manager to devise and strategise the in-store customer experience and brand look and feel.
Main responsibilities will be to:
- Review the competitive offer in terms of range, price and promotions and seek to lead
- Develop innovative market solutions appropriate to the designated store format
- Identify category development opportunities and produce category brand strategy document
- Maintain and develop the visual identity of the retail brand
- Produce brand identity manuals and ensure it is adhered to throughout the business
- Continually assess the current store format and develop / evolve to exceed consumer expectations.
This role would suit a retail brand strategy marketing manager or a supplier side brand marketing manager with FMCG or food experience. This role is ideal for someone wanting to further their career and gain more experience in the supermarket / food retail sector. CIM diploma is desirable.
