They seek seasoned recruiters with 5+ years recruitment industry background from high level, quality driven, white collar consultancies. Company has been established since 2000, and till now have grown organically and are now looking at an aggressive growth strategy for the rest of 08. Their existing consultants have mainly come from within business prior to stepping into Search so they have a wealth of knowledge across all financial sectors. Their current core business is the Capital and Global markets, along with running a Management consultancy which gets involved in M & A and restructuring across the financial arena. Run by an experienced management team with a strong regional presence & wealth of knowledge they have created a much respected business with a strong reputation.
This international player has a number of divisions thus offering a wide service from recruitment to on-site & support services with 90% of what they do being retained. They’re aim is to work with companies in acquiring the best personnel. PACKAGE:
If you are of the right calibre and experience, have the relevant skills and background you will be paid well & according to the role. Basic between £60k to £80k with a compensation package that your would expect to attracting the best.
