Renowned brand with an impressive client portfolio is looking to boost their industry leading banking & finance contingency recruitment team. Now seeking a senior talented Recruitment manager/consultant with a proven track record of success to lead risk & compliance desk.
ROLE:
You will come from either a contingency or search background and have the ability to open doors.
You will be developing new business and recruiting people into risk & Compliance management verticals covering a number of sectors to include, Compliance, Port Folio Management, Treasury and Global Markets to name but a few. You will be recruiting on all levels up to Senior Level positions, who are industry experts in their field, so you will need to be an experienced risk & compliance management recruiter and have the gravitas and industry knowledge to be confident in front of them.
ATTRIBUTES, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS:
1. You must be mature, credible and accomplished enough to deal with associate vice presidents, vice presidents and above
2. Must have depth and breadth to your professionalism
3. Are you a team player with the ability to lead from the front?
4. You must come from a banking & finance recruitment Background
5. Be good at business development and Maintaining existing relationships
PACKAGE:
$HK60K-90K per month basic salary is a broad range to encompass the experience of consultants
