We are a £300m+ t/o company providing utility services to Scottish businesses. Since deregulation we have retained a 95% market share and increased customer satisfaction substantially. We are targeting the £2bn market across England when it is deregulated and have developed some 60 service areas across which we can provide customer focussed services when this happens.

We urgently need a board level experienced B2B Sales and Marketing Director with demonstrable exposure to, and a proven track record in, utilities or a deregulated environment. You will assume full P&L responsibility for the business, and drive the business forward by building the brand and delivering significant sales growth. 50 people report to the Sales & Marketing Director across the Sales, Marketing and Customer Service functions.

This is a high profile role reporting directly to the CEO and with considerable exposure to shareholders. The successful candidate will be a natural and inspiring sales leader with the gravitas and charisma to drive through profitable and innovative strategies which shape the business and provide a platform for accelerated growth.
