Sales and Marketing Manager
A Sales and Marketing Manager is required by a leading defence consultancy who have over 40 years experience in the design, development and support of systems and equipment that are operated in the harshest of environments.

The role, reporting to the Business Development Director, is focused within Military Aerospace domain and requires knowledge of Military Aerospace programmes.

Responsibility of Sales and Marketing Manager
+Work as part of a team to formulate a five-year sale forecast, contributing to the development of the five year strategy
+Deliver the annual budgeted sales and infill, participating in monthly progress reviews
+Manage key customer relationships finalising contractual and commercial negotiations
+Sell the companies products and capabilities by visiting existing and targeted customers
+Aim to achieve the agreed objectives and budgeted sales as a minimum
+Facilitate the preparation of quotations supporting the process of bid production and submissions within the business
+Influence and advise on Private Venture funding for the development of new products

Experience of Sales Manager
+In-depth knowledge of the relevant programmes (both military and civil) UK and internationally
+Proven technical sales record within the military and civilian environments and knowledge of OEM and MoD procurement structures
+Able to conduct professional commercial and technical presentations at senior level


Package:
+Basic salary in the range of £40,000 to £55,000 but negotiable for those demonstrating potential for future development
+Personal Bonus scheme of 20% maximum, based on profit and cash targets achieved
+Fully expensed motor car - £340per month lease including maintenance or £4890 per annum cash allowance alternative
+Defined contribution personal pension scheme with additional company contributions
