Our client design and manufacture a large range of vehicles and equipment specifically configured for the military. They are currently looking to recruit a Sales & Marketing Manager to join their Sales & Marketing team.
The Role:
As Sales & Marketing Manager you will be responsible for:
+ Coordinating the activities to maximise sales potential of current territories/customers
+ Developing new sales territories and representatives
+ Providing coherent and considered market and product development information
+ Managing Commission Sales Representatives (CSRs), Consultants and Resellers and facilitates new applications in new countries
+ Taking responsibility for contributing to the formulation and successful delivery of business objectives
+ Coordinating and oversees all enquiries, quotes, contracts, tenders, Requests For Proposal (RFPs), Requests For Information (RFIs) and all other enquiries in response to customer requirements
+ Coordinating with other internal departments to ensure on time deliveries and commissioning of all new products with the customer
Experience:
As Sales and Marketing Manager you should have experience of:
+ International product sales in a military/ security/emergency services environment
+ Selling at a number of levels
+ Product sales of UAV's, UGV's or Unmanned Vehicles would be a distinct advantage
+ Cultural sensitivity and territorial background knowledge
+ Working to targets and imaginative market development
+ Working through third party sales channels required
+ Availability to travel throughout the year to visit customers, resellers, attend trade shows and conferences
