Their flexible, creative incentives and sales promotions enable organisations to successfully boost staff motivation and reward their staff, clients and consumers.
Due to the fast growth within the company they are now looking to expand their already successful sales team and you could be that person. You will be required to manage existing accounts by offering services from the company's portfolio, as well as generate your own business through leads obtained by yourself as well as the marketing team. You will also manage a small team to achieve and exceed individual and team targets which will be rewarded within a very attractive commission structure. The full sale cycle will include making appointments, visiting clients to present the variety of products and qualify what the client requires and close the deal!!!!
You will have some industry experience and have sold to SME, Corp's and Blue Chip companies. If this isn't exciting enough already then the package should put the icing on the cake.
