This world renowned FMCG brand is seeking to hire a driven Sales Controller to lead a team of Senior / Account National Manager's in the Heath & Beauty Sphere.

This Business Manager role is looking after the high-end retail accounts in the UK & Ireland that accounts for 50% of their business. The key responsibilities is to achieve the Sales targets and work with the Business P&L to analyse results to deliver a plan that is commercial and fit the for the customer & commercial retail environment. This role allows you to make a big different to a well recognised brand where you will take full accountability and control of your business area.

The key responsibilities of the post are:-

* Managing large retail customers - through an astute level of Key Account Managing competencies
* Building Short and long term business plans for your customers

* P & L responsibilities and making key strategic decision that is commercial and customer focused
* Extensive man management experience; managing strong fields team
* Coaching and engaging and working with a succession plan
* Driving new and existing premium account sites
* Executing robust customer Strategy
* Building strong retail ships with peers, retail and sales and account teams

To be successful in this position you must have -

* Successful track record in a FMCG or Retail sales environment.

* Backgrounds include - Health & Beauty, Food & Drink or Fashion at a Sales Controller or established Senior National Account Manager level
* Ability to work in an entrepreneurial environment with true accountability & ownership
* Managing competitive negotiation processes flexibile to fit into board strategy and brand objectives of major corporations.
* Has dealt with higher end retail or department store customers
* Graduate Calibre
* Commercial individual who regularly works with multi-million P&L budgets
* Flexibility - London based cover UK & Ireland
