Sales Director, HR Solutions/Employee Research/HR

Sales Director or Sales Manager opportunity with one of the leading HR consultancy companies specialising in employee research, and HR solutions. My client is a global integrated marketing company that is established as one of the world leaders around this space. Due to the size of their company, and the continued growth of the business they are looking for an experienced sales manager or director with an employee research background to work for their organisation.

You will be required to lead a team of 10 direct sales representatives, managing, advising whilst generating new business opportunities for the company. This extremely challenging role will see you working alongside the sales representatives in developing new business working together towards an achievable team target. You will be expected to increase sales revenue through these opportunities whilst also decrease discounted sales through strong negotiating prowess in order to retain good working relationships with these accounts.

The ideal candidate should have proven experience of managing a team of 5-10 direct sales representatives. The individual should also have a proven track record of business to business sales around HR consultancy and employee research. This company particularly likes candidates from an employee research sales background, and as such would put the right candidate at a distinct advantage, however this is not essential and any strong business developers, sales managers, or directors around Employee Research will be considered.

On offer is a huge base salary between £70K-£80K dependant on experience, with a uncapped commission of £100K-£110K.
