Have you got the ability to lead a market leading recognised brand name through period of change and drive the sales team in order to achieve a significant level of growth? Have you got a track record of managing and selling in to the HR space across a diverse customer based? If so then read on as this is a genuine once in a life time opportunity.

You role will be a combination of strategic management of the sales / account management team such as implementing sales strategies, KPI's and other performance measurement techniques as well as leading the sales team and delivering personal sales in to strategic large prospects and customers. You will also be expected to work closer with the market department to ensure a cohesive message going out to the market, as well as providing feedback to the product development team on the types of solutions / products that the market is looking for in order to be able to ensure that product development is going to provide a strong ROI for the company

The ideal candidate will have had sales experience selling in to the HR market place of large corproates whilst being able to demonstrate a sustained track record of over achievement of target, as well as managing and driving a sales team. You will also need to be someone who is able to bring in new ideas to the table and add value to the business. Any exposure to a start up or an environment going through a period of change would be a distinct advantage however not essential.

Full product and sales training will be given once you join the company. On offer is an attractive base salary of between £70-£100k base, with an additional bonus of £20k initially, however this will rise as you will also be responsible for working on a commission plan for yourself and the team, contributory pension, health, child care vouchers and 28 days holiday.
