Sales Director (£150k OTE) – HR and Payroll Softwa

Do you want to join a rapidly expanding dynamic industry? Are you capable of working for a market leader? If so read on! Being based from their UK head office, which is on a start of the art business park, you will have full responsibility for the UK sales team and as well as being an active sales professional dealing with key prospects.
You role will be a combination of client facing and managing and leading a sales team of 4 people. Working with large key accounts and strategic new business opportunities selling a leading range of HR and payroll software and outsourcing services you will need to be comfortable dealing at “C” and director level within HR and financial departments of large corporate organisations.
This is a great opportunity to join a global market leading firm with impressive growth plans. The ideal candidate will have had sales director / sales management experience selling in to the HR market place of large corproates whilst being able to demonstrate driving the team to achieving multi-million dollar targets. You will also need to be someone who is able to bring in new ideas to the table and add value to the business. Also any knowledge of salesforce.com would be advantageous as they are just about to implement it as their CRM system.
Full product and sales training will be given once you join the company. On offer is an attractive base salary of between £65-90k base, with an ote of £140-£150k contributory pension, health and 25 days holiday.
