Salary: c 70.000 plus commission and benefits

Our client is a fastest growing social media platforms globally they enable consumers to engage with brands at anytime of the day. Due to continued growth they are looking for an experienced sales director to help monetize the site. This person will have an established record of sales leadership and lead generation who also has an interest and passion for social media and mobile. We want someone who loves our product and knows how to sell creative solutions for clients and partners.

Key Responsibilities
Define the national sales growth strategy and drive execution
Implement sales and marketing programs based on local market dynamics and broad business knowledge
Meet and exceed revenue and sales targets
Hire and manage the sales and support staff, provide mentoring on sales process
Identify client and industry relationships to optimize revenue
Drive partnership performance, engage with key partners on a senior level, and deliver world class customer service
Manage sales forecasts, set budgets and goals for the sales team
Develop best practices and demonstrate cost efficiencies.

Requirements
Sales experience
3-5 years team management
Highly motivated and entrepreneurial
Energetic and willing to thrive in a start-up atmosphere
Strong agency and vertical relationships
Great problem solving and negotiating skills
Understanding and expertise in account planning, strategic planning, and media buying for digital or radio properties
Senior level contacts in media and marketing
Leadership experience with successful management skills
Candidate must have an up to date EU work Visa
