In line with continuing exciting growth and development, we are looking to appoint a talented and self motivated Sales Director to provide strategic and operational leadership to the high performing sales organisation across the UK and designated countries overseas. The successful candidate will demonstrate a track record of achievement, probably within the construction or related sectors, together with the credibility and confidence to develop strong relationships at the most senior level with government departments, architects, contractors, structural engineers and major blue chip organisations.
Specification selling is the cornerstone of Liquid Plastics success in the UK and the chosen candidate should have experience of this type of selling both at management and front line levels. From an International perspective an understanding of the distributor environment would also be advantageous but by no means essential.
Independent, innovative and proactive, you will possess exceptionally well developed interpersonal skills, a determined and focused mindset and the commitment and drive to thrive in a competitive and results orientated environment. You will acknowledge and build on existing success whilst having the confidence and self belief to challenge established thinking and bring new ideas to the table.
