The Company

An expanding technology services organisation providing a comprehensive range of communications and IT based services to a ‘Blue Chip' corporate customer base.


The Role

The role is primarily provides strong leadership and direction for the commercial development strategy and drives the corporate sales teams. The position carries responsibility for developing and winning business across all channels, motivating, developing and leading the optimum team of sales managers & account managers and their teams to work alongside cross sector teams, driving excellence in propositions and identifying the approach, constructing and concluding successful opportunities and bids.


Your Experience

We are looking for an extremely strong, driven and talented individual with a proven track record of achievement and over-achievement. You will be direct in communication style, detailed and able to demonstrate a good technical understanding. The ideal candidate will come from a background in telecoms, ideally a large blue-chip, one of the major players, and will therefore know the market place well and have an established contacts network. You will be successful in driving growth and managing and motivating a geographically dispersed team to achieve success.
