The Company
• Our client is a leading National supplier of products into the construction, industrial and manufacturing sectors.
• They are seeking a hands-on, highly motivated and results-driven sales manager to join their expanding organization.
The Role
• Overall responsibility for management of sales team.
• Achievement of KPI’s including sales, discount & profit.
• Achieving and managing delivery of sales growth targets for all products and services.
• Recruiting, coaching, and developing Sales Team together with managing individual performance.
• It is envisaged that the Sales Director will lead from the front spending a large proportion of time in the field with sales team.
• Reporting sales performance and presenting at board level.
The Candidate
• Proven experience in managing or directing a sales team.
• A successful track record of selling value added products into the industry with an appreciation of how to leverage different routes to market.
• Managed revenues in excess £10m per annum.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate others.
• Ambitious, with the determination to drive a sales team to generate business and achieve targets.
