A new opportunity for a highly talented experienced Sales Director to make a mark in sales of durable products into the multiple retail sector.

The Role
The main responsibilities and experience the role will require of you includes:

• Research of new business opportunities and markets.
• Compilation of strategic business plans to develop new and existing business using marketing and sales to full potential.
• Establishing performance goals and monitor performance on a continual basis to ensure all business goals are met.
• Business forecasting / Profit and Loss reporting.
• Analysis of sales statistics to determine business growth potential.
• Developing and/or maintaining and improving business relations with all customers of the Company.
• Oversees all hiring and training of personnel involved in Sales.

The Candidate

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a sales management capacity supplying into leading multiple retailers.
• Proven sales leader with a track record of significant personal business wins.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Confident individual who can develop long term senior level relationships.
• Comfortable in a high profile high visibility position.
• Suitable candidates for the role should have a stable, progressive and proven track record of success that has increased market share by strategic sales planning and the development of marketing plans.
• Preferably Bachelors degree in a business related field.
• MBA is highly desirable.
