You will be responsible for the sales activity of the organisation targeting both public sector and the corporate market place. This will be through a combination of direct selling dealing with some of the larger prospects. Through to growing your existing sales force, setting targets and assisting with marketing activities to ensure the sales force are getting maximum benefit from the marketing function.
You will be a successful sales director / manager with the ability to demonstrate a successful sales track record within the e-procurement software solutions. An exposure to a more niche software such as spend analytics, cost control, expense management, supplier management etc would be highly advantageous however not essential. What is more important is your ability to lead a team of sales professionals both practically and strategically whilst also having a strong knowledge of the procurement space.

Excellent remuneration package that includes base salary of between £120,000-£150,000 depending on experience with one of the most rewarding commission structures in the industry with a realistic first year uncapped OTE of £250k which is uncapped, stock options (potential real equity) company car, pension, health cover excellent chance for career development as well as excellent working conditions and on the job training.
