Sales Director to work for one of the big four within Tax and Human capital global mobility (HCGM), delivering on this servicelines commitments to the UKI market leadership aspirations.
You will be required to implement best practise among the company's Tax Account Leaders and also winning major assignments with their HCGM practice. Driving growth in their overall tax revenues and increase the successful delivery of overall tax revenue target for UKI. You will work closely with one of their tax sub-servicelines HCMG on new business opportunities. There is a chance to work with some individual partners, supporting and driving the Tax Accounting Planning, Account Acceleration and ASQ programmes across a portfolio of major tax clients.
The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of business development sales, or professional services with heavy focus on the financial sector. Candidates with a proven ability to build high performing teams will be at distinct advantage. The company especially likes seeing candidate's with the resilience to overcome both internal and external barriers and get results through people.
On offer is a large base salary of £90K-£110K negotiable dependant on experience with a range of company benefits.
