Do you want to join a dynamic forward thinking global organisation that are looking for a sales director to join their business with the aim of working towards a general manager role within 2 years. This is a truly unique opportunity to join a dynamic rapidly expanding organisation who are experiencing 20% year on year growth. As the sales director you will be responsible for a sales team of 20 people mainly based from their London head office delivering a range of solutions in to the financial services and legal sectors.. Your role will be a combination of strategic management and input in to the direction of the business working closely with the other board members through to contract negotiations and assisting the sales team with closing business as well as training and development of staff members.
You will be a sales manager / sales director looking for a long term career opportunity in a relationship focused sales environment who can demonstrate a successful track record of development of your team as well as impressive sales figures. Ideally you will be educated to master level however they will also consider individuals who are educated to degree level or of degree calibre. You will also need to be someone who is looking for the opportunity to move in to a general management role in the next 18 months to 2 years.

On offer is an attractive base salary of £75-85k depending on experience with a £6k car allowance with a 25% bonus based on the companies and your sales team performance. Additionally there are a number of benefits including gym membership, child car vouchers and a pension scheme where the company will pay 10% of you salary if you pay 6%
