THE COMPANY
Our client is a leading provider of call centre technology solutions. With excellent global sales revenues, they are looking to recruit a southern-based Sales Executive to focus on call centre / contact centre technology sales into the large UK corporate market.
THE ROLE
As Sales Executive you will report to the UK Sales Director and have responsibility for developing relationships at senior executive level within large enterprise accounts. You will drive sales revenues from complex, high value call centre / contact centre / customer interaction technology products and services and manage customer satisfaction.
With a consultative sales approach, the Sales Executive will achieve assigned sales quotas, pursue and follow-up on sales leads, conduct corporate and product presentations, and coordinate the corporate resources to deliver solutions in a profitable manner. You will also develop and negotiate contracts and proposals with prospective customers.
THE PERSON
We are looking for an experienced Sales Executive with a proven track record exceeding sales quota within the UK call centre / contact centre / customer interaction technology arena. Necessary skills include effective prospecting, selling fundamentals, account management, cultivating and maintaining executive relationships with customers, negotiating, translating computer telephony technology into business solutions, effective written and oral communications, and ability to pull together virtual teams.
This Sales Executive role would suite someone with extensive experience selling the following technologies:
* Contact Centre technologies
* CTI
* ACD
* IVR
* Predictive Dialing
* Voice Recording
* Workforce Management
