Sales Executive IT Software / BPM & BPR

My client provides a comprehensive range of business-critical IT solutions to private and public sector organisations. Being one of the largest business change and transformation software company's internationally, they are looking for an experienced sales professional to join their highly successful sales team. Opportunities within this industry are outstanding & huge negotiable salaries 70K base plus can be commanded, with full training given to ensure the individual's success within the company.
The role entails the candidate to be generating new business leads whilst maintaining good relations with existing key clients from the local authorities, maximising revenue through their range of document/content management solutions, record management solutions, & flexible, mobile device solutions. The individual will report to the chief executive, transformation managers & directors of these local authorities offering a consultative solution sale of BPM and BPR while also generating a small percentage of fresh new business leads.
The ideal candidate should have a wealth of experience in business change and transformation software, with proven success, but not essential. Any candidate with experience within BPM or BPR will be considered.
Remuneration for the role is negotiable dependant on experience but initial pitching's are based at 70K, with an uncapped commission of 120K OTE. However this salary is totally negotiable & exceptional individuals commanding higher salaries should not disclude themselves by this salary bracket.
