Our client is an established supplier of software solutions to the property sector for facilities management (CAFM) and is part of a very successful group. Growth plans mean they have a requirement for a Sales Executive to join their new business sales team. Experience of the real estate or FM industry would be an advantage but is not essential, but candidates must have experience of selling software solutions. Communication skills, influencing skills and a determination to succeed are a must. The sales team at our client has full support from a marketing function and pre-sales consultants. This represents an excellent opportunity for those who have already demonstrated their sales skills and an ambition to move upwards. The package will be a base salary of up to £50k with on target commission of c£42k (uncapped and escalating) plus car allowance. A higher remuneration is possible for an exceptional candidate or those with an already established track record in the property software sector. Location is flexible with the possibility of being home based.
