Exciting Start-up Opportunity
My client is a start-up software company with a unique mobile security product waiting to go global and substantial investment already in place from major backers. Established by heavyweight industry names and with an aggressive growth strategy, they are now ready to hire a team of sales specialists who will drive forward the business in all target markets.
Reporting to the VP of Sales, you will be responsible for opening doors and closing business with the UK’s public sector organisations. This will include local and central Government as well as the emergency services, NHS and regional authorities. As this is a start-up opportunity the emphasis is on new business development and growing accounts, so the ability to build multi-layer relationships will be crucial.
The successful candidates will have strong public sector experience gained selling IT or telecoms products and services. Key will be the ability to demonstrate excellent structured selling skills and hence training in Miller Heiman or SPIN techniques will be highly advantageous. The opportunities for career development and to genuinely overachieve on OTE are excellent.
