An industry leader and innovator in their sector, this IT services firm is rapidly growing and increasing the range of services they offer. They are a sales-led business with a culture that is both entrepreneurial and dynamic.

This sales manager will build and lead a high performing telesales team. The right candidate will be a very strong coach and leader able to help every team member to be the best they can.

Summary of Role:
•Responsible for managing a team of (minimum of 8) sales people that are selling services primarily to qualified “warm” leads.
•Meeting monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets based on delivered revenues and profit.
•Responsible for an annual revenue target of more than £3,000,000+
•Controlling the P&L of the sales team ensuring that company financial and growth goals are achieved.
•Driving Strategic Projects in line with local team and global initiatives

Responsibilities
•Developing the potential of the team and team members
•Recruiting new telesales and account managers
•Coaching and supporting team members with feedback and objective setting
•Ensure CRM tools are fully utilised.
•Focusing on over achieving business revenue and profit targets
•Meeting and exceeding sales targets
•Keeping the team up to date on relevant technologies and product offerings
•Managing the sales team in targeting strategic accounts to penetrate new business and maximising the business in those accounts
•Pro-actively generating opportunities primarily from warm telesales leads generated from online marketing activity.
