Leading specialist world wide payment organisation are expanding rapidly duye to significant growth in markets.

About the Role
The role of the sales manager is to respond to the needs of the clients through the Business Development Managers (Sales team). Working along side Product and the wider business, to deliver new business contracts and revenue growth for Euro Clearing Services from new or existing customers based in a range of market sectors and geographies.
In responding to the needs of the Business Development Managers (who own the client relationship and sale), the Sales Manager offers Pre-sales support and owns the Euro Clearings Services products. This role does not have individual sales targets, but rather objectives that align with the growth of the business and targets for the product line. This role is customer facing and demands a high level of customer awareness, sales focus and organisation.

What We’re Looking For
We are looking to speak to candidates with the following skills:
Is commercially and technically aware and is able to visualise potential solutions which may utilise the range of business offerings, capabilities and services
Ability to understand payments services at a detailed level and is able to articulate detailed product level information clearly.
Proven performance in delivering revenue growth in previous Sales and Business Development roles with specific consultative sales and commercial experience
Is comfortable working internally and externally with different functions at all levels – including C / Director level
Mature and credible individual who is able to build trust and respect. Able to represent the business effectively at customer meetings and with industry bodies
Is articulate and persuasive - able to gain senior recommender and decision maker support for the business position
Is flexible and adaptable – comfortable working in a changing environment with emerging propositions and technologies
Co-operative, team player – able to work constructively with colleagues and customers
The following competencies are required:-
Good clear communication and influencing skills – written and verbal
Proactive approach with willingness to take ownership of issues
Product and Project management skills
Disciplined and professional approach
