Sales Manager

Responsibiliites:
The management and performance of all sales activities.
Maximising the output of the sales team.
All training and development of the sales team.
Creation of the sales and marketing plan.
Creation of sales tools including presentations etc.
Responding to RPFs and assisting the sales team with pricing decisions.
Providing feedback to management of sales. performance, both team and individual.
Requirements:
•5 years+ experience of sales management.
•Experience of selling IT &Telecoms solutions to SMEs.
•Strong understanding of customer and market requirements.
•Proven leadership and ability to manage sales teams.
