Sales Manager / Business Development Director – Learning and Development – £130,000 OTE

Being one of the most innovative players in this growth market this market leader is looking to add a true business leader to their team to initially continue the success of their business by selling their award winning range of learning solutions to the SME and corporate market place. You will also be responsible for growing and developing your own sales team.
This is a great opportunity to join a global market leading firm with impressive growth plans. The ideal candidate will have had sales management experience selling learning management or training based services to the SME and corporate sector. However they will also consider any individual who can demonstrate being the lead sales person selling a consultative service to SME and corporate sectors as well as growing a sales team.
Full product and sales training will be given once you join the company. On offer is an attractive base salary of between £65-80k base, contributory pension, health and 25 days holiday. An aggressive salary structure with an uncapped OTE of between £110-130k, additionally this company also have a policy of internal promotion. Ongoing training and career development opportunities are offered.
