Sales Manager - Public Sector

Our client is a well respected and highly successful communication and information solutions company who operate within a clear market niche. Their business is currently expanding and they are planning significant growth.

You will be responsible for leading a team in identifying and closing complex and profitable business opportunities as well as producing clear sales strategies that can be translated into clear service propositions. It will be your role to position the company as the partner of choice for communications services, products and solutions.

You will have a proven track record of delivering significant complex solutions sales (€50M+) as well as experience selling into government / public sector environments. Experience of managing senior sales people on complex solutions is essential as is a solid understanding of consultative, service solution based sales. You will have high levels of drive, enthusiasm and self motivation with the ability to ‘make things happen' and a strong desire to succeed. You will be motivated by achievement and owning a number.
