Sales Manager - SaaS Software
Maidenhead - South East
A global SaaS business that addresses business critical functions.
Responsibilities will include:
• The day to day management of a team of SMB sales Executives including responsibility for performance management, recruitment and training.
• Participation in the strategic and technical territory planning
• Develops and executes territory plan to maximise revenue opportunities
• Generates and achieves monthly territory forecasts and accurately predicts monthly revenues
• To build working relationships with other Sales leaders, Pre-sales & Professional Services to develop joint account plans
Required Skills/Experience:
The SMB Sales Manager appointed to this position will be exceptional in both experience and ability and will have a detailed understanding of transactional sales focusing on SMB.
• A substantial quality background almost certainly within the software industry, with significant professional sales and man-management experience.
• Will have led teams responsible for key accounts and have experience of direct software sales in the business solutions marketplace.
• Will have managed and successfully delivered solutions, sales bids and campaigns.
• Is likely to have worked with a US multi-national corporation which is driven by quarterly results and to have held a management position.
